ROTYPACK Automatic Flexible Stand-up Pouch Packaging Line integrates the whole processes including pouch feeding, pouch opening, precise filling, heat sealing, coding and finished product conveying. It is an integrated flexible packaging line developed for food and pet food industries, suitable for automatic production of stand-up pouches in multiple specifications and categories.

The whole line features flexible adaptability and supports mainstream pouch types such as ordinary stand-up pouches, zipper stand-up pouches and spout stand-up pouches. Product changeover can be realized through parameter adjustment and simple mold replacement without modifying the whole line structure, matching the production mode of small-batch and multi-category manufacturing. Equipped with a centralized electric control system, the line enables real-time monitoring of operating status of each station to facilitate production management and equipment maintenance.

All parts contacting materials on the production line are made of food-grade stainless steel, complying with food safety production standards and lowering risks of material contamination. Modules can be added or removed according to demands, fitting compact small workshops and large standardized factories, and improving the automation level and operational stability of food packaging production.
