Description of Metering Modes and Applicable Materials for Full Servo Fillers

Full servo fillers rely on servo motors to drive metering structures for quantitative material conveying and filling. As core equipment ensuring filling accuracy in packaging lines, they fit food and daily chemical materials of various forms.

Different metering units can be equipped on full servo fillers based on material properties: screw metering structures for fine powder materials, piston metering structures for high-viscosity pastes and sauces, and weighing metering structures for bulk granules and nuts. The servo drive system stably controls filling speed and metering weight to reduce material waste.

Material contact parts of the machine are made of stainless steel, and quick-disconnect pipe joints facilitate disassembly and cleaning to prevent cross-contamination of different materials. Full servo fillers can be matched with main machines such as horizontal packaging machines and vertical bag-making machines, and can also be used independently in filling production lines.
