Rotypack flexible packaging equipment is general-purpose packaging equipment suitable for the multi-batch, multi-specification and fast-iteration production mode of modern food factories. The Rotypack machine adopts split functional module layout. Functional modules such as bag-making, filling, sealing and conveying can be flexibly combined. It supports two production modes of roll film bag making and pre-made pouch packaging, applicable to the production of flat pouches, stand-up pouches and regular special-shaped pouches. No modification to the main structure of the machine is needed for product changeover. Specifications can be switched only by adjusting parameters through the electric control system, effectively shortening downtime for commissioning.

The Rotypack machine can stably handle various food materials including powders, granules, liquids and pastes, covering multiple sectors such as condiments, snack foods, grain raw materials and pet food. It can run as a standalone unit or be integrated into an integrated automatic production line, suitable for renovation and upgrading of new and existing workshops to meet diversified food packaging production requirements.
