Full-Servo Filling Machine: Metering Principle & High-Precision Filling Applications

Full-servo filling machines adopt servo motors to drive metering structures, replacing traditional mechanical fixed-stroke metering modes. The machine supports multi-mode metering adjustment. The servo screw structure is suitable for fine powder and ultra-fine powder materials; the servo piston structure works for high-viscosity sauces, creams and honey; the servo weighing structure applies to all kinds of granular materials. The whole system runs smoothly, which can effectively avoid material overflow, wall adhesion and dripping to guarantee consistent weight of finished packages.

All material contact parts of the machine body adopt detachable quick-release structures for convenient daily cleaning and sterilization, complying with production standards for food and clean workshops. This filling unit can be used as an independent filling station, or linked with pre-made pouch packaging machines and roll film form-fill-seal machines to form an integrated production line, meeting production demands of various capacity scales.
