The ROTYPACK Doypack Packaging Machine adopts a horizontal multi-station structure to complete continuous automatic packaging production with finished pre-made pouches. It is widely used in standardized packaging scenarios in food processing, agricultural products, pet food, daily chemical ingredients and other industries. Without supporting roll film bag-making structures, the machine simplifies workshop equipment layout, reduces redundant equipment points, and lowers enterprise investment and later maintenance costs.

The machine automatically completes full production procedures including bag picking, bag opening, positioning, filling, heat sealing, exhausting and discharging with smooth connection of each station, adapting to daily continuous factory operation. Modular metering components such as weighing, screw and piston units can be flexibly matched for materials in granular, powder, liquid, paste and sauce forms to meet multi-product co-production needs and ensure consistent batch packaging specifications.

Compatible with mainstream pouch types such as ordinary stand-up pouches, zipper pouches and spout pouches, the machine requires no modification to the main body structure for product specification switching, which only needs fine adjustment of electric control parameters and simple tooling replacement to reduce production line debugging downtime. Food-grade stainless steel material is adopted for material contact parts with quick detachable and washable design to achieve dead-angle-free cleaning and meet clean production standards of food workshops. The machine can operate independently or connect with upstream and downstream equipment to form an integrated packaging line.
