Integrated Conveyor Modules Connect Full Packaging Workflow, Customized Conveyor System Packaging by ROTYPACK Resolve Production Line Connection Pain Points

Date:Jul 14, 2026

When constructing fully automatic packaging production lines for food, pharmaceutical and daily chemical sectors, conveyor systems act as the core hub linking all processes including filling, sealing, inspection, case packing and palletizing. Mass-produced standard conveyor modules in the market carry clear limits in compatibility. Most complete machine sets only come with basic straight conveyor belts. When switching production between shaped pouches, bottled goods and soft packaging finished products, conditions such as material jamming, conveyor offset and vibration during high-speed start-stop cycles frequently take place. Discrete segmented conveyor units create gaps in production flow. Manual transfer raises material loss and working hours, failing to fit the 24-hour flexible production requirements of overseas factories.

ROTYPACK from Shanghai Rotypack Intelligent Equipment independently develops integrated packaging conveyor systems (conveyor system packaging) matched to all our machines. Modular customization can be completed based on clients’ entire packaging lines to achieve seamless connection from raw material feeding, filled product conveying, inspection diversion to post-process case packing and palletizing, eliminating the drawbacks of single-function traditional conveyor equipment. All conveyor frames adopt food-grade 304 stainless steel, complying with FDA clean production standards applied in European and American regions. Conveyor belts support multiple options including food-grade silicone and wear-resistant PU. For various materials such as spout pouches, stand-up pouches, powder boxes and medical soft film packages, auxiliary parts like side limit baffles, anti-slip anti-toppling press strips and guide correction assemblies are equipped. Material displacement error stays within ±0.5mm under high-speed operation.

Equipped with separate servo speed regulation modules, the system exchanges data with filling main machines and inspection devices to realize synchronized speed adjustment across the whole line, avoiding product accumulation and extrusion damage brought by mismatched processing speeds. Flexible modular structures support multiple layout forms including L-shape, Z-shape, inclined lifting, diverting and converging, enabling compact arrangement for factories with limited workshop space. Quick disassembly buckle structures greatly shorten time spent on format change and cleaning. The structure free of sanitary dead corners fits the cleaning standards for sterile pharmaceutical workshops.

Unlike universal conveyor accessories available on the market, our conveyor systems maintain native compatibility with all self-developed filling, premade pouch packaging and HFFS equipment. Unified electric control systems are applied for the whole production line to cut costs spent on connection and debugging of multiple separate devices. Integrated conveyor solutions cut finished product damage rate by over 18% and reduce posts requiring manual transfer, lowering long-term operation maintenance and labor expenses for overseas manufacturers, and delivering complete and stable conveyor solutions for high-end automated packaging plants.
