Modular Design of Flexible Packaging Equipment and Adaptability for Multi-category Food Production

Flexible packaging equipment is general-purpose packaging machinery supporting production switching among multiple product types and specifications. The machine features an integral split modular design. Pouch forming modules, filling modules and sealing modules can be flexibly combined in line with production demands. It supports two production modes: packaging with roll film forming and pre-made pouch packaging, and suits the production of flat pouches, stand-up pouches, special-shaped food pouches and other pouch styles. All production parameters can be adjusted uniformly via the electric control system. Simple product changeover procedures cut downtime for commissioning.

The machine accommodates all material forms in the food sector and enables stable processing of granules, powders, liquids and pastes, covering seasonings, snack foods, grain raw materials, pet food and other categories. It can run as a standalone unit or be integrated into a complete automatic packaging line, meeting demands for renovation and capacity expansion of new and existing workshops.
