Modular Structure of Flexible Packaging Equipment and Its Adaptation to Multi-category Flexible Food Production

Flexible packaging equipment is general-purpose packaging machinery suited to the multi-batch, multi-specification and fast iteration production requirements of modern food factories. The machine consists of separate functional modules for free combination, including bag forming, filling, sealing and conveying units. It supports both roll film form-fill-seal and pre-made pouch packaging, and produces flat pouches, stand-up pouches and simple shaped pouches. All production parameters are centrally controlled via the electrical system. Product changeover and commissioning are simplified to effectively reduce downtime.

The equipment stably processes powder, granule, liquid, paste and other food materials, covering seasonings, snacks, grain ingredients, pet food and more. It can operate as a standalone unit or be integrated into complete production lines, suitable for renovation and upgrading of new and existing workshops to improve production line versatility.
