Multi-functional Doypack Machines Meet Flexible Multi-product Production Needs for Overseas Markets

Date:Jul 20, 2026

Doypacks serve as mainstream packaging containers for beverages, meal replacement powders and seasoning sauces in European and American regions. Basic doypack machines available in the market adopt cam mechanical transmission with poor synchronization among multiple stations. Failures in pouch opening and pouch offset may occur during the processing of large-sized and irregular spout doypacks. Such equipment supports a narrow range of materials, requiring complete replacement of feeding assemblies when switching among liquid, powder and granular materials, along with tedious debugging procedures. Simple sealing structures bring high risks of pouch leakage caused by trapped grease sauces and fine powder. Numerous dead corners remain on the machine for dirt accumulation, which creates obstacles to hygiene audits for overseas food workshops.

The doypack machines developed by ROTYPACK of Shanghai Rutian Intelligent Equipment adopt full-servo independent driving designs to replace traditional mechanical linkage structures, with station positioning accuracy reaching ±0.2mm. The equipment fits various sizes of flat-bottom, zipper and spout doypacks. Operators only adjust parameters on the touch screen to switch pouch types without disassembling mechanical accessories. The machine frame can flexibly match multiple feeding modules including piston filling units, screw dosing units and multi-head weighing units, allowing one machine to handle liquid, paste, granular and powder materials.

All components touching materials are made of mirror-polished 316 stainless steel without gaps for dirt retention, supporting water washing for sanitation maintenance. Double-layer water-cooled heat sealing mechanisms squeeze residual powder and sauce on pouch openings to cut the volume of defective leaking pouches. Data connection ports are reserved on the machine to synchronize production data to digital factory management systems and satisfy management standards of overseas factories. The modular machine frame allows later installation of matching units for inkjet coding, inspection and conveying, finishing all doypack packaging procedures in one integrated workflow. The equipment reduces labor input and packaging material waste, and supports continuous production of multi-batch and multi-category export orders of doypacks.
