Fine powder filling processes often suffer from dust escape, poor seal integrity caused by powder residue on sealing surfaces, and lengthy setup during pouch format changes. The machine uses servo-controlled auger dosing with buffered feeding to reduce powder splatter during high-speed filling. A negative-pressure pouch mouth dedusting unit removes residual powder from sealing zones to support reliable heat sealing. Product-contact components are constructed from sanitary-grade stainless steel. Quick-release auger and cylinder assemblies can be disassembled and cleaned without special tools, meeting hygiene requirements for food, personal care and fine chemical powders. The machine works with stand-up pouches, gusseted pouches and zipper pouches. Bag width covers 180–280 mm, operating speed ranges from 12 to 24 packs per minute. Saved recipe profiles allow direct parameter recall to shorten setup between product runs.
Equipped with safety interlocks and real-time operational monitoring, the unit can run standalone or integrate with upstream powder feeding, downstream checkweighing and rejection stations to form automated lines.
