The fully enclosed main body works with a telescopic bottom filling structure, which inserts the feeding pipe deep into packaging bags during filling. Equipped with a HEPA negative pressure dust removal module, it achieves a dust collection rate of 99.5% to avoid workshop dust and cross contamination. Parts in contact with materials are made of 316L stainless steel with surface roughness Ra ≤0.8μm. The whole machine supports IP65 water washing for cleaning. Driven by Siemens servo motors, the machine maintains a positioning accuracy of ±0.1mm during bag cutting, sealing and film feeding. It processes stand-up pouches, zipper bags and special-shaped bags with integrated forming and sealing. The sealing process with powder clamping prevention keeps powder away from oxidation and dampness. An online nitrogen filling and air exhausting unit can be integrated to extend the shelf life of powder products.
