ROTYPACK Automatic Pouch Packing Machine Dual mode Flexible Production and Scenario Adaptation

The ROTYPACK automatic pouch packing machine adopts an integrated modular design that integrates bag making, filling, sealing, marking and conveying functions. It adapts to the multi-batch, multi-category and fast-paced production mode of modern factories and solves the problems of single function and cumbersome product switching of traditional single machines.

 
The machine supports free switching between roll film bag making and pre-made pouch feeding modes, and stably produces flat pouches, conventional stand-up pouches and special-shaped composite pouches. It covers material packaging in snack, grain and oil, condiment, pet food, daily care and other industries. Optional modular components flexibly match the packaging process demands of different products.

Product specification switching requires no modification on the main frame and only needs parameter adjustment via the electric control system to effectively shorten line debugging downtime. With a compact body and small floor area, the machine adapts to old workshop renovation and new standardized factory layout. It can operate independently or form fully automatic integrated packaging lines through multi-machine series connection.
