The ROTYPACK automatic pouch packing machine adopts a split modular design to adapt to multi-batch, multi-category and frequent product switching demands of modern factories. It supports two production modes including on-site roll film bag making and finished pre-made pouch feeding, allowing enterprises to select suitable production methods according to product structure and supply chain conditions.

   
The machine processes flat pouches, stand-up pouches, special-shaped composite pouches and other pouch types for packaging snacks, grain and oil, condiments, daily chemical products and pet snacks. The modular functional design supports flexible configuration of metering, coding, punching and conveying components according to actual demands.

Product specification switching requires no modification to the main frame and only needs parameter adjustment via the electric control system, which reduces production line debugging downtime. The compact structure occupies limited space, adapting to old workshop renovation and new standardized production line construction.

Equipped with a touch electric control system, the machine supports routine parameter setting, production counting and operating status checking. The stable transmission system ensures convenient maintenance during long-term continuous operation. The machine can work independently or form integrated automatic packaging lines through series connection of multiple units.
