ROTYPACK Doypack Packaging Machine Multi station Continuous Production and Workshop Application

The ROTYPACK doypack packaging machine adopts a mature horizontal multi-station rotating structure to complete fully automatic packaging with pre-made stand-up pouches. It is widely used in standardized production scenarios of snack food, dried condiments, pet food, daily chemical ingredients and other fields. Without traditional roll film bag-making procedures and complex bag-making accessories, the machine simplifies workshop equipment layout and reduces daily maintenance pressure.

   
The machine automatically completes full procedures including bag picking, bag opening and positioning, material filling, heat sealing, air exhausting and finished product discharging with stable operation rhythm and smooth procedure connection. Modular metering structures such as weighing, screw and piston units can be equipped for granular, powder, liquid, paste and sauce materials to meet diversified filling demands and maintain unified specifications for batch production.

The machine supports the production of common stand-up pouches, zipper pouches and spout pouches. Specification switching only requires adjusting electric control parameters and simple tooling replacement to reduce production line debugging downtime. All material contact parts are made of food-grade stainless steel with quick detachable and washable features to support regular workshop cleaning and disinfection in line with food clean production standards. The intuitive touch control system allows operators to finish daily setting and basic debugging efficiently.
