ROTYPACK Doypack Packaging Machine — Structure and Its Application in Automatic Food Packaging

The ROTYPACK doypack packaging machine adopts a horizontal multi-station structure to complete automatic packaging procedures with pre-made stand-up pouches, including bag picking, bag opening, filling, heat sealing, air exhausting and discharging. Without roll film bag-making components, the machine fits food processing workshops with mature pre-made pouch supply chains and reduces equipment investment and management workload for front-end bag making processes.

In actual production, the machine supports granular, powder, liquid, paste and sauce materials with compatible weighing, screw and piston metering modules for different packaging requirements. It processes common stand-up pouches, zipper pouches and spout pouches. Simple tooling replacement and parameter adjustment support quick specification switching and cut down production downtime.

All material contact parts adopt food-grade stainless steel with quick detachable structures for daily cleaning and disinfection. The independent touch electric control system provides intuitive parameter setting for simple operation. The machine can work independently or connect with feeding, coding and conveying equipment to form a complete automatic packaging line.
