The ROTYPACK Doypack packaging machine is a horizontal multi-station automatic pouch filling machine widely used in processing sectors including food, seasonings, snacks and pet food. It adopts pre-made pouch feeding without film forming procedures, streamlining workshop production workflows and lowering consumable costs and equipment maintenance expenses. The machine automatically completes a full cycle of pouch picking, pouch opening, filling, heat sealing, air exhausting and finished product discharging to support continuous mass production.

   
This machine operates on a rotary station circulation system where all processes run independently yet in coordination to maintain stable production speed. It handles various materials such as granules, powders, liquids, pastes and sauces, with quantitative filling realized via matched metering modules. It is compatible with various prefabricated pouch styles, including standard stand-up pouches, zipper stand-up pouches and thick composite pouches. Product changeovers only require parameter adjustments and simple tooling replacement to facilitate multi-product mixed-line production.

All material contact parts are constructed from food-grade stainless steel with detachable structures for convenient daily cleaning and sanitization, meeting hygiene standards for food production workshops. The machine features neatly arranged electrical control systems and an intuitive operation interface. It can run standalone or connect with upstream feeding equipment and downstream coding and sorting machines to form integrated automated production lines, suitable for processing plants of all sizes.
