The ROTYPACK flexible stand-up pouch automatic packaging line integrates full procedures including pouch feeding, pouch opening, quantitative filling, heat sealing, coding marking and finished product conveying. It is an all-in-one automated packaging line developed for food and pet food industries, supporting mass production of stand-up pouches in various types and sizes.

                                                                                              
The whole line boasts strong compatibility and works with mainstream pouch styles such as regular stand-up pouches, zipper pouches and spout pouches. Product changeover operations are simple, only requiring parameter adjustment and easy mold replacement to match enterprises’ small-batch and multi-variety production modes. Equipped with a centralized electric control system, the whole line records real-time operating data of each station to facilitate production management and equipment maintenance.

All material contact parts of the line are made of food-grade stainless steel, complying with food safety production standards and reducing risks of material contamination. Line modules can be added or removed flexibly as needed, fitting layouts of compact small workshops and large standardized factories.
