ROTYPACK Multi Head Weigher Packaging Machine Handles Weighing Challenges for Irregular Granular Materials

Materials such as granules, mixed snacks and frozen ingredients come in uneven sizes. Production processes may face weighing fluctuation, hopper jamming and material splashing, which bring weight deviation, material loss and compliance risks. The ROTYPACK multi head weigher packaging machine integrates combination weighing unit and premade pouch filling sealing mechanism, with mechanical and algorithm optimizations for irregular granular products.

      
All weighing hoppers are built with food grade 316L stainless steel. Clip-on quick release hoppers support tool free disassembly and flushing to cut impurity risks from residual materials. Vibration feeder amplitude can be adjusted independently for fragile or sticky goods to lower product breakage and blockages. Calculation logic continuously selects suitable hopper combinations, keeping weighing error within ±1.2g.

The machine runs at 25-62 pouches per minute, compatible with pouch dimensions from 85×130mm to 265×335mm. It works with stand-up pouches, zipper pouches and flat premade pouches. Built-in shock absorbing assemblies mitigate vibration interference to load cells during operation. The system exports weighing statistics and logs weight distribution of each batch to support plant process analysis. Reserved communication ports allow connection with metal detectors and checkweighers, supporting continuous production for snacks, frozen goods and pet food.
