The whole machine adopts fully independent servo driving frameworks instead of traditional connecting rod and cam transmission, with positioning deviation controlled within ±0.2mm. The equipment supports free switching of pouches ranging from 90mm to 500mm, compatible with liquids, creams and granules. Operators only adjust parameters on the touch screen to switch production materials without disassembling mechanical components.

Dual-layer water-cooled heat sealing modules are equipped to stop leakage caused by high temperatures. All parts touching materials are made of 304 stainless steel, complying with FDA standards for food contact materials. Data connection ports are reserved on the machine body to upload data including output, malfunctions and metering values to central control systems of factories. Single-output and dual-output production modes are available, covering output rates from 25 to 80 pouches per minute.
