Diversified Production Adaptation of Milk Powder Packaging Machines, Flexible Processing for Overseas Dairy Production Lines

Date:Aug 07, 2026

Fine-grained demands keep rising in dairy processing. Many overseas dairy plants encounter common troubles including split filling for milk powder of multiple sizes, powder dusting, unstable sealing tightness, and long debugging time for product changes. Established years ago, Shanghai Rutian Intelligent focuses on pre-made pouch packaging for powder materials. The self-developed Rotypack milk powder packaging machine fits all types of milk powder, covering infant formula milk powder, adult blended milk powder and calcium-fortified milk powder for elders.

The Rotypack machine combines precise volumetric weighing with negative pressure dust removal. Tiny flying powder gets collected during feeding to keep workshops clean. It supports flexible switch between stand-up pouches, three-side seal pouches and four-side seal pouches. Operators adjust pouch length, filling volume and sealing temperature via visual touch panels, cutting time spent on debugging during product replacement. All parts touching raw materials use food-grade 304 stainless steel, complying with European and American food hygiene standards and regular inspection rules for cross-border food manufacturers.

Equipped with steady servo drive systems, the Rotypack equipment maintains fixed measurement deviation during operation. Under long-hour continuous mass production, sealing lines stay even without powder leakage or edge breakage. The machine connects with front mixing machines and rear case packing lines to form fully automatic integrated production, suiting flexible production of small and medium dairy factories and cross-border processing plants, and meeting compliant installation requirements across European and American regions.
