Doypack Machine Adapts to Diverse Working Conditions to Realize Standardized Premade Pouch Packaging

Date:Aug 12, 2026

Doypack pouches have become mainstream packaging forms in the food, health care and daily chemical industries due to their three-dimensional shape, convenient use and reliable sealing performance. However, conventional doypack packaging equipment often shows unstable pouch picking, low pouch opening rate, material filling jamming and tedious format switching, which easily cause production stagnation and packaging waste, failing to meet standardized and high-efficiency overseas production requirements. Rotypack doypack machine optimizes the overall structure targeting common premade doypack packaging pain points, focusing on improving operational stability and versatility.

Equipped with a double-station stable pouch conveying structure and mechanical precise pouch opening detection, the machine reduces empty pouch filling, missing filling and sealing deviation. It processes powder, liquid, paste and granular materials. The machine supports zipper pouches, hang-hole pouches and special-shaped doypacks with a bag width of 100–300mm and a steady production speed of 15–28 packs per minute. The modular station design simplifies product switching and shortens production changeover cycles.

All material-contact parts are made of sanitary-grade stainless steel with tool-free quick disassembly and cleaning, conforming to European and American hygiene specifications. Built with full-process operation monitoring and emergency stop protection, the machine works alone or connects with feeding, checkweighing and coding equipment to form fully automatic lines. It supports customized small-batch production and continuous mass production, delivering stable and low-consumption automatic packaging solutions for doypack processing scenarios.
