HFFS Horizontal Form Fill Seal Machine for Flexible Automated Packaging Production

With a horizontal film feeding and forming structure, the equipment completes flat film conveying, forming, filling and sealing synchronously throughout the process. It reduces packaging wrinkles and dislocation during high-speed operation and maintains regular finished package appearance. Compatible with liquids, pastes and thin sauces, the machine fits various composite packaging films, with a packaging capacity of 20–1500ml and a steady operating speed of 20–32 packs per minute. The built-in intelligent tension control system automatically adjusts film tightness to ensure consistent continuous production.

Core material-contact components adopt sanitary-grade stainless steel for easy disassembly and cleaning, complying with European and American industrial hygiene standards.
