The ROTYPACK stand up pouch packaging machine is designed for vertical stand-up pouch packaging, suitable for scenarios requiring upright display and stable transportation of packaging bags. Stand-up pouches are widely used in supermarket shelves, e-commerce warehousing and offline wholesale, serving as common packaging solutions for snacks, condiments, pet food, dried goods and other products.

     
With an optimized horizontal circulating transmission structure, the machine operates with low vibration and low noise to adapt to long-term continuous factory production. Corresponding metering systems are configured for different materials, including weighing metering for granular materials, closed screw metering for powder materials, and piston metering for liquid and high-viscosity sauces.

The heat sealing assembly adjusts temperature and sealing duration according to pouch thickness, material and packaging requirements to ensure flat and tight sealing. The limiting and correction structure reduces pouch deviation, wrinkles and sealing misalignment. Operating speed, sealing temperature and pouch spacing can be adjusted separately via the touch screen for simple product switching.

Detachable and washable material contact parts support convenient daily workshop maintenance. The machine can cooperate with upstream and downstream conveying, coding and testing equipment to build a continuous packaging production line.
