ROTYPACK Doypack Packaging Machine Bag Feeding Process and Clean Workshop Application

The ROTYPACK doypack packaging machine adopts a horizontal multi-station bag feeding structure to complete automatic packaging procedures with finished pre-made pouches. It performs sequential processes including bag picking, bag opening, positioning, filling, heat sealing, air exhausting and discharging, suitable for standardized packaging production in food processing, agricultural products, pet food, daily chemical ingredients and other industries.

       
Operating directly with pre-made pouches, the machine saves workshop space and reduces equipment configuration demands caused by roll film bag making. It features a concise layout and centralized maintenance points to facilitate daily cleaning and management. For enterprises with mature pre-made pouch supply chains, the machine can be integrated into existing production procedures smoothly.

Equipped with weighing, screw and piston metering modules, the machine adapts to materials in granular, powder, liquid, paste and sauce forms. It supports common pouch types such as stand-up pouches, zipper pouches and spout pouches. Product specification switching is realized by adjusting electric control parameters and simple tooling replacement to shorten preparation time for production change.

All material contact parts adopt food-grade stainless steel with quick detachable and washable structures for daily cleaning and regular disinfection. The touch electric control system provides intuitive parameter setting for routine production operation. The machine can work independently or connect with feeding, coding and conveying equipment to form a complete automatic packaging line.
