Full Servo Filling Machines: Structural Advantages & Multi-Material Precision Filling

Date:Jul 22, 2026

Full servo filling machines serve as core metering equipment on packaging lines. Driven by servo motors, the entire metering structure replaces conventional fixed-stroke mechanical designs. Digital system parameters adjust discharge volume, speed and duration to fit precision filling scenarios, and the machines are widely matched with all types of horizontal primary packaging machines.

The machine adopts a modular metering design, with dedicated filling units configurable for different materials. The servo screw unit delivers consistent, steady feeding for fine and ultra-fine powders. The servo piston unit works for high-viscosity materials such as sauces, pastes and honey, minimizing residue buildup and dripping. The servo weighing unit ensures stable metering for irregular granular products including nuts, grains and freeze-dried pellets.

All product contact parts of the machine are made of food-grade stainless steel and feature a quick-disassembly design for easy disassembly, assembly and dead-spot-free cleaning, complying with production standards for food clean workshops. The servo system delivers smooth response for high-speed continuous production. The unit can perform independent filling operations or link with form-fill-seal machines and pre-made pouch packaging machines to build fully automatic production lines.
