Fully Automatic HFFS Horizontal Packaging Machine: Modular Design for Flexible Production

The fully automatic HFFS horizontal packaging machine adopts a split modular design. The bag forming, filling, sealing & cutting, and electrical control systems are arranged in separate independent zones, featuring a clear layout and easy operation & maintenance that reduces daily inspection and servicing difficulty. The machine forms pouches inline from roll film without pre-made pouch consumables, effectively cutting enterprises’ procurement and inventory costs for packaging materials.

The full-machine servo synchronization system coordinates the operating rhythm of all stations to guarantee stable equipment performance under high-speed production. Multi-functional modules including punching, tear notch forming, air exhausting and coding are available as optional add-ons to meet diverse packaging process requirements and support flexible production switching for various products.

It covers multiple industries including condiments, meal replacement powders, snack foods, small daily chemical goods and pet food, and supports mass production of standard small and medium-sized pouches.
