ROTYPACK Automatic Pouch Packing Machine

The ROTYPACK Automatic Pouch Packing Machine adopts an integrated modular design that integrates bag making, filling, sealing, coding, conveying and other functions. It is specially adapted to the multi-batch, multi-category and high-frequency product switching production mode of modern factories, making up for the shortcomings of traditional packaging equipment such as single function, weak adaptability and cumbersome switching process.

The machine supports free switching between on-site roll film bag making and direct pre-made pouch feeding modes, and stably processes flat pouches, conventional stand-up pouches, special-shaped composite pouches and other types, covering material packaging in snack, grain and oil, condiment, pet snack, daily chemical and other industries. Optional combined modular components flexibly match the personalized packaging process needs of different products.

Product specification switching requires no modification to the main frame, and can be completed only by adjusting operating parameters through the electric control system, effectively shortening production line debugging downtime and improving workshop production efficiency. With compact structure and small floor area, the machine adapts to old workshop renovation and new standardized factory layout. It can work independently or form a fully automatic integrated packaging line through multi-machine series connection.
