ROTYPACK Doypack Filling Machine

The ROTYPACK Doypack Filling Machine is a special quantitative filling device adapted to pre-made stand-up pouches. It can linkage with various bag-feeding packaging hosts to build integrated filling and packaging lines, widely used in automatic filling production of condiments, snack food, pet food, food ingredients and other industries, meeting the daily processing needs of multi-category materials.

The machine adopts differentiated filling structure design for different materials to adapt to diverse production working conditions. Powdery materials are equipped with fully closed screw filling structure to effectively suppress workshop powder diffusion and maintain a clean production environment. Viscous sauces and pastes adopt piston filling head with uniform and stable discharging to reduce wall adhesion, dripping residue and material loss. Granular materials are matched with accurate weighing filling components to stabilize single filling weight and reduce batch metering deviation.

The core filling components adopt a quick-disassembly design, which can be disassembled, cleaned and reset without special tools, greatly simplifying daily cleaning, disinfection and maintenance procedures and avoiding cross-contamination risks in multi-product rotating production.
