The ROTYPACK doypack packaging machine adopts a horizontal rotary multi-station structure, optimized for the automatic packaging process of finished pre-made pouches. It is widely used in standardized mass production for food, agricultural by-products, pet food, daily chemical raw materials and other industries. The machine works with finished pre-made pouches without a roll film forming mechanism, which simplifies workshop layout, reduces auxiliary equipment investment and lowers equipment maintenance pressure.
The machine automatically completes the full process of bag picking, bag opening and positioning, material filling, heat sealing and air exhausting, pressure stabilizing sealing, and finished product discharging. Each station runs at a uniform rhythm with smooth connection, supporting long-term continuous production in factories. For granular, powder, liquid, paste and sauce materials, modular metering units such as weighing, screw and piston types can be flexibly installed to support multi-material co-production and ensure consistent packaging specifications in batches.
The machine is compatible with common stand-up pouches, zipper pouches and spout pouches available on the market, covering a wide range of specifications. Product changeover does not require modification to the main frame. Operators only need to adjust parameters through the electric control system and replace simple tooling parts, which effectively reduces line downtime and improves overall workshop production efficiency.
The material contact parts are made of food-grade stainless steel with a smooth surface that resists material buildup. It supports quick disassembly and washing, meeting clean production and regular disinfection requirements in food workshops. The touch control system is intuitive and easy to operate, allowing operators to get started quickly. The machine can run independently or connect with upstream and downstream conveying, coding and inspection equipment to build an integrated automatic packaging line.
