Structural Configuration and Packaging Process Optimization of Stand Up Pouch Packaging Machine

Date:Sep 15, 2026

The ROTYPACK stand up pouch packaging machine focuses on automatic packaging of vertical stand-up pouches, meeting the production requirements of various finished pouches that can be displayed upright. With attractive presentation, stable stacking and good deformation resistance during transportation, stand-up pouches are widely used for snacks, dried goods and nuts, seasonings, pet food, daily care products and other items, suitable for e-commerce warehousing, supermarket sales and offline distribution.

The machine adopts an optimized horizontal circulating transmission structure. After balanced adjustment of transmission components, it runs with low vibration and low noise, supporting all-weather continuous production in factories with stable operating conditions. The machine is equipped with a modular metering system, which can match the corresponding filling structure according to material properties, control the filling weight per pouch, and reduce weight deviation in batch production.

The heat sealing station adopts an independent zoned temperature control system. According to film thickness, material hardness and sealing process requirements, operators can flexibly adjust sealing temperature and pressing time to obtain flat and tight pouch seals, reducing common production issues such as air leakage, seal wrinkling and weak sealing. The built-in pouch limiting and correction mechanism can real-time adjust pouch deviation, misalignment and wrinkling, improving the neatness of finished packages.

The machine’s running speed, station spacing and temperature control parameters can be customized through the touch panel, supporting alternating production of multi-specification products. Material contact parts can be disassembled and washed for thorough cleaning, meeting hygiene management standards in food processing workshops. The machine can operate independently or be integrated into an automatic production line with conveyor, coding and inspection equipment to form a continuous integrated packaging process.
