The ROTYPACK automatic pouch packing machine adopts a new modular split structure, fitting the multi-product, small-batch and frequent changeover mode of modern small and medium-sized processing plants. It addresses the limitations of traditional packaging machines, such as single product adaptation, complicated changeover and insufficient flexibility, making it suitable for regular use in various food, daily chemical and agricultural product workshops.
The machine supports free switching between two production modes: on-site pouch making from roll film and direct feeding of pre-made pouches. Enterprises can flexibly select production methods according to their own supply chain system and product packaging style. It can stably process flat pouches, regular stand-up pouches, special-shaped composite pouches and other pouch types, covering packaging needs for snacks, grain and oil, seasonings, pet treats, daily chemical goods and more.
The machine’s changeover and debugging process is simple and efficient. Changing product specifications does not require disassembly or modification of the main frame. Operators only need to adjust operating parameters and fine-tune station spacing through the electric control system, effectively reducing line downtime and improving overall workshop capacity. The machine supports optional functional modules such as metering, coding, hole punching and dust removal according to demand, enabling flexible line configuration to meet personalized packaging process requirements for different products.
The machine has a compact structure and small footprint, suitable for both old workshop upgrading and new standardized factory layout planning. Its transmission system is mature in design with stable operation logic, and maintenance is convenient during long-term continuous production. The machine can complete packaging operations independently, or be integrated in series with multiple units to build an automatic packaging line and realize continuous full-process operation.
