Doypack Packaging Machine – Automatic Pouch Feeding and Multi-station Packaging Application

ROTYPACK Doypack Packaging Machine adopts a horizontal multi-station rotating structure to realize continuous packaging with finished pre-made pouches. The machine can complete pouch picking, pouch opening, positioning, filling, heat sealing, degassing and discharging in sequence. It fits standardized packaging scenarios in food processing, agricultural by-products, pet food, daily chemical ingredients and other industries.

The machine works with pre-made pouches directly, which cuts down equipment arrangement and space occupation caused by roll film bag forming. The workshop layout is relatively simple with concentrated maintenance points for daily cleaning, inspection and management. For enterprises with stable pre-made pouch supply chains, the machine can be integrated into existing production lines smoothly.

According to different material properties, metering modules such as weighing, screw and piston can be equipped to handle granules, powders, liquids, pastes and sauces. Common stand-up pouches, zipper pouches and spout pouches can be processed on this machine. When switching product specifications, operators mainly adjust electronic control parameters and simple fixtures to reduce preparation time for product changeover.

Parts in contact with materials are made of food-grade stainless steel. The structure supports quick disassembly and water washing for regular cleaning and sanitization. The touch control system features intuitive parameter setting for routine production. The machine can run standalone or connect with feeding, coding and conveying equipment to build a full automatic packaging line.
