Stand Up Pouch Packaging Machine – Heat Sealing Station and Packaging Stability Analysis

ROTYPACK Stand Up Pouch Packaging Machine is developed for vertical stand-up pouches, suitable for packaging scenarios requiring upright display and stable transportation. Stand-up pouches are widely used on supermarket shelves, e-commerce warehouses and offline wholesale channels, serving as common packaging for snacks, condiments, pet food and dried goods.

The machine adopts a horizontal circulating drive system optimized for stable operation with low vibration and noise, meeting the demand of long-hour continuous factory production. Corresponding metering systems can be configured for different materials. Weighing metering for granular food, sealed screw metering for powder materials, and piston metering for liquids and high-viscosity sauces.

The heat sealing unit can adjust temperature and sealing duration according to pouch thickness, material and packaging requirements to achieve flat and tight seals. The limiting and correction structure reduces pouch offset, wrinkles and sealing misalignment. Operating speed, sealing temperature and pouch spacing can be adjusted separately on the touch screen for simple product changeover.

Material contact parts can be disassembled and washed for daily workshop maintenance. The machine can cooperate with conveying, coding and inspection equipment to form a continuous packaging line. The whole structure maintains good sealing performance for processing sites with strict hygiene standards.
