The ROTYPACK stand up pouch packaging machine is optimized for vertical stand‑up pouches in automatic mass‑packaging. Stand‑up pouches feature good display performance, stable stacking and deformation resistance during transit. They are widely adopted for e‑commerce shipment, supermarket shelf display and offline wholesale for snacks, dried goods, nuts, condiments, pet food and care products.

It adopts a horizontal circulating transmission structure with balanced moving components for low vibration and low noise under round‑the‑clock continuous factory production. The modular metering system selects suitable filling units according to material properties to keep consistent fill weight and reduce weight deviation in mass runs.

Zoned temperature control is applied on heat‑sealing stations. Sealing temperature and pressing duration can be adjusted separately according to film thickness, material property and sealing requirements, delivering flat and tight seals and mitigating air leakage, creases and weak seals. Built‑in pouch limiting and correction mechanisms automatically offset shifting, misalignment and wrinkling to improve finished pouch appearance.

Running speed, station spacing and temperature settings are adjustable on touch panel for frequent multi‑specification change‑over. Detachable washable material‑contact components meet food‑workshop sanitation standards. The machine may operate alone or integrate with conveyor, coding and inspection devices for a continuous packaging workflow.
