Multi‑station Bag‑Feeding Process and Standardized Workshop Configuration

The ROTYPACK doypack packaging machine adopts a mature horizontal multi‑station rotating structure for automatic packaging of pre‑made pouches. It is widely used in standardized packaging operations for snack foods, agricultural products, condiments, pet food and daily‑chemical ingredients. Produced directly with finished pre‑made pouches, the machine requires no auxiliary roll‑film bag‑making mechanism. It simplifies workshop layout, cuts auxiliary equipment investment and reduces daily inspection and maintenance workload.

The machine automatically completes the full sequence: bag picking, bag opening, precise positioning, material filling, heat‑sealing compaction, air exhausting and finished‑product discharging. Each station runs at matched cycle with stable rhythm for long‑term continuous mass production. Corresponding metering modules are available for different materials: weighing unit for granules, closed screw unit for powder, and piston dosing unit for liquid and paste sauces to support mixed‑product production on one line.

It fits common stand‑up pouches, zipper pouches and spout pouches covering popular commercial sizes. Product change‑over needs no modification to the main machine frame. Adjustment of electric‑control parameters and simple tooling replacement finish specification switch, shortening line downtime and improving overall workshop throughput.

Material‑contact parts are made of food‑grade stainless steel with smooth surface against material buildup. Quick‑detachable and washable construction facilitates routine cleaning and regular disinfection in line with food hygiene requirements. The touch‑screen control system offers intuitive parameter setting for easy operator training. The machine can run standalone or connect with upstream feeding and downstream coding‑conveying units to form a complete automatic packaging line.
