Integrated Liquid Filling and Sealing Equipment Optimizes Fluid Packaging Procedures and Restructures Production Line Operation Logic

Date:Jul 17, 2026

In the production of beverages, sauces, personal care stock solutions, enzymes and other liquid products, separate machines are commonly used for filling and sealing processes. Split units occupy considerable workshop space. Residual liquid drips and impurities adhering to pouch mouths tend to occur during the connection of two working procedures. Mismatched operation rhythms between preceding and following steps drag down overall production efficiency, failing to meet the compact workshop layout and standardized quality control requirements raised by overseas clients. Rotypack launches integrated complete sets of liquid filling and sealing equipment, integrating quantitative filling and heat sealing within one working station to simplify the equipment structure of the whole packaging process.

The equipment is equipped with separately servo-driven filling valve assemblies. Distinct pumping modes are set for thin liquids, viscous pastes and particle-containing suspensions. The measurement error of each filling cycle is kept within ±0.2%. A back-suction anti-drip program activates right after material feeding stops, cutting raw material loss and the output of non-conforming packages at the source. The sealing unit adopts a constant-temperature heat sealing module, which adjusts sealing temperature and pressure according to materials including composite films, aluminum foil pouches and spout pouches. Even and firm sealing edges prevent frequent issues such as liquid leakage and delamination of sealed seams.

A programmable control system is embedded inside the machine with multiple sets of production formulas stored. No pipeline disassembly or sealing part replacement is required when switching material specifications and packaging styles. Parameter recall with one click finishes production changeover within 2 minutes. All components touching materials are made of 316L stainless steel and support CIP cleaning with no sanitary dead zones, complying with EU regulations on materials in contact with food. The compact integrated body reduces floor space by 40% compared with traditional split filling and sealing units. The modular disassembly design eases routine inspection and component replacement, keeping long-term maintenance expenses under proper control.

This equipment can work as a standalone unit or connect with feeding, coding and case packing devices to form fully automatic assembly lines. It suits small-batch foreign trade orders with diverse product types and large-scale mass production projects. The equipment helps manufacturers at home and abroad streamline staffing arrangements and lower site investment, improving the overall operational stability of liquid packaging production lines and supplying more streamlined and efficient automatic packaging solutions for the export production of fluid products.
