The measurement error per filling keeps within ±0.2%. Pipes adopt arc flow channels without dead spaces. Automatic back suction activates once feeding stops to prevent dripping, avoiding poor sealing caused by residual liquid on pouch openings and cutting material waste and defective packages. The machine works with more than ten pouch styles such as pre-made stand-up pouches, spout pouches and three-side sealed pouches. Multiple sets of process parameters are stored in the system. No pipe disassembly or part replacement is needed during pouch and material switching, and production changeover finishes within 2 minutes via one-click parameter recall.
All pipes, valve heads and material tanks that touch liquid are made of food-grade 316L stainless steel and support CIP cleaning. Internal pipeline disinfection and cleaning can be finished without full machine disassembly, meeting EU hygiene access standards for food and daily chemical goods. The machine features a split modular structure that separates transmission and filling areas to lower corrosion of core driving parts caused by liquid leakage. The number of wearing parts is reduced, and annual overall maintenance cost gets lowered. The whole line can connect with front mixing storage tanks and rear case packing lines to realize continuous unmanned production and cut down on-site operators in workshops.
