ROTYPACK Milk powder features unstable flow performance. Its packaging process may bring dust leakage, material bridging and limited pouch compatibility, which set higher requirements for machine structure and process control. The milk powder packaging machine developed by Rotypack adopts full servo horizontal premade pouch framework to solve multiple practical pain points in powder processing.

Material contact components are built with 316L stainless steel to match food hygiene standards. Modular parts allow tool free disassembly and cleaning to cut cross contamination risks from residual powder. The enclosed screw filling unit pairs with built-in dust extraction modules to restrain powder escape. Antibranding structure on feeding channel handles flow variation among different powder batches, with filling error kept within ±0.5g.
This unit works with standup pouches, zipper pouches and spout pouches. Its running speed ranges from 30 to 60 pouches per minute, and pouch dimension adjusts from 90×140mm up to 240×320mm. Multi-error-prevention logics stop feeding for missing pouches and trigger alarms for incomplete pouch opening. Optional nitrogen flushing modules lower residual oxygen inside sealed pouches for long-term dairy storage. Remote diagnostic access supports overseas site troubleshooting and maintenance, suitable for flexible production with frequent formula and format changeovers.
