novative Structural Upgrade of Horizontal Packaging Machine for European and American Standardized Continuous Packaging Production

Date:Jul 29, 2026

European and American consumer goods, hardware and food processing industries rely heavily on continuous and standardized assembly line production. As core supporting equipment for back-end packaging, horizontal packaging equipment’s adaptability and operational stability directly affect overall production line capacity. Traditional horizontal packaging equipment in the industry often suffers from obvious vibration during high-speed operation, limited material compatibility, wrinkled sealing edges and poor linkage compatibility, which fail to meet the automatic assembly line docking requirements of overseas factories. Rotypack’s newly developed horizontal packaging machine optimizes mechanical structure and intelligent control systems in a targeted manner to adapt to large-scale continuous production scenarios of overseas factories.

Adopting an integrated heavy-duty frame shock absorption structure to reduce vibration during operation, the machine maintains a stable speed of 30–65 packages per minute, suitable for packaging regular materials such as solid single products, block-shaped food, hardware accessories and daily chemical products. Equipped with a dual-servo synchronous transmission system, it realizes full synchronous linkage of film feeding, material feeding and sealing & cutting, with cutting accuracy controlled within ±0.3mm. The structure ensures flat appearance and uniform size of finished packages, conforming to appearance inspection specifications for terminal products in Europe and America.

The machine supports quick adaptation to multiple types of packaging films, including BOPP films, composite films and eco-friendly degradable films widely used overseas. The constant-temperature dual-track sealing structure avoids air bubbles, wrinkles and cracks on sealing edges. Built with an intelligent frequency conversion speed regulation system, it achieves linked start-stop docking with mainstream European and American automatic production lines without frequent manual operation. Material contact parts adopt food-grade stainless steel to meet overseas clean production standards. The modular disassembly structure facilitates daily cleaning and maintenance, reducing production line downtime and supporting long-term continuous production of overseas factories.
