Equipped with an independent servo speed control system, the machine maintains a stable operating speed of 20-46 pouches per minute, supporting the filling of various materials such as liquids, pastes and granules with measurement error controlled within ±1.5%. It features wide size adaptability, processing various shaped pouches with a length of 45-175mm and a width of 38-235mm, including shaped spout pouches, irregular side pouches, customized hollow pouches and other non-standard types. The intelligent visual deviation correction system achieves positioning accuracy of ±0.04mm, ensuring regular pattern alignment and uniform sealing edges.

Adopting multi-section independent temperature control sealing technology with temperature fluctuation within ±0.25℃, the machine is compatible with eco-friendly packaging materials commonly used in Europe and America such as degradable films and composite aluminum foil films, delivering firm sealing suitable for refrigerated and room-temperature storage environments. The whole machine is made of 316 food-grade stainless steel with dust-proof and drip-proof structures, meeting European and American clean production specifications. The modular design enables fast pouch type and parameter switching by single operators, shortening downtime for commissioning.
