When running multiple SKUs on premade pouch packaging lines, factories commonly encounter complicated station adjustment, pouch offset caused by operational vibration, and long recovery cycles after unplanned stops. These conditions raise overall operating costs. The ROTYPACK automatic pouch filling and sealing machine delivers targeted optimizations for mechanical structure and control system to adapt to varied premade pouch working scenarios.
Servo motors are connected with independent motion control bus to coordinate station movements and reduce pouch shifting and jamming during high-speed operation. The adjustable pouch magazine holds flat pouches, stand-up pouches, spout pouches and zipper pouches without massive part replacements. Material contact assemblies can be selected with proper stainless steel grades to satisfy hygiene standards for food and nonfood industries.
Heat-sealing units support adjustable pressure and temperature for composite films and aluminized films. The machine runs at 2268 pouches per minute, supporting pouch sizes ranging from 75×115mm to 275×350mm. Built-in fault code library displays fault locations and handling guidance on HMI to shorten troubleshooting cycles. Standard communication interfaces are reserved for connection to plant supervisory systems. Easy-to disassemble modular components support quick batch changeovers for mixed variant production.
