ROTYPACK Doypack Packaging Machine – Structure & Application in Food Processing

The ROTYPACK doypack packaging machine adopts a horizontal rotating multi-station structure. It completes full packaging processes with pre-made stand-up pouches without roll film bag-making components. It is widely used in processing workshops for snack food, condiments and pet food. The equipment automatically completes bag picking, bag opening, material filling, heat sealing and finished product discharging to support long-term non-stop production.

Multiple stations operate synchronously in a stable state, suitable for granular, powder, liquid and paste materials. Equipped with weighing, screw and piston metering modules, the machine realizes quantitative filling. It supports common stand-up pouches, zipper pouches and spout pouches. Product switching can be completed by replacing simple tooling and adjusting parameters to reduce equipment debugging downtime.

All material contact parts are made of food-grade stainless steel with quick detachable structures for daily cleaning and disinfection, which conforms to food production hygiene standards. The independent touch control system supports intuitive parameter setting. The machine can run independently or connect with feeding, coding and conveying equipment to form a complete automatic production line for factories of different production capacities.
