ROTYPACK Stand Up Pouch Packaging Machine: Production Process and Scenario Adaptation

The horizontal circulating operation brings low vibration and low noise to meet the demand of all-day continuous operation. Different metering components match materials with different physical properties. Weighing metering is used for granular materials, closed screw metering for powder materials, and piston metering for liquid and high-viscosity sauces, covering all food packaging scenarios.

Pouch size, sealing temperature and operating speed can be adjusted independently via the touch screen for simple product switching. Multiple positioning limit structures reduce pouch deviation, material spilling and incomplete sealing during operation. Complete body protection and detachable washable material contact parts comply with clean production specifications of food workshops.
