ROTYPACK Flexible Packaging Equipment: Flexible Production Adaptability

ROTYPACK Flexible Packaging Equipment is a universal packaging machine matching the multi-batch, multi-specification and fast-iteration production modes of modern food factories. Built on modular combined design, it expands applicable scenarios and addresses the limitation that traditional single machines can only handle limited product ranges.

The machine adopts split functional module layout. Bag-making, filling, sealing and conveying modules can be flexibly combined. It supports two production modes: roll film bag forming and pre-made pouch packaging, compatible with flat pouches, stand-up pouches, irregular-shaped pouches and other pouch types. Product changeover requires no modification to the main machine structure; specification switching can be realized by adjusting parameters via the electric control system, improving production efficiency.

The machine processes various food materials including powder, granules, liquids and pastes, covering seasonings, snack foods, grain ingredients, pet food and other sectors. It can run as a standalone unit or be integrated into automatic production lines. It fits renovation and upgrading of new and existing workshops and improves the general adaptability of production lines.
