ROTYPACK Flexible Stand-up Pouch Packaging Production Line integrates full processes including automatic pouch feeding, positioning & pouch opening, quantitative filling, heat sealing forming, coding marking and finished product conveying. It is an integrated automatic packaging line developed for the food and pet food industries, suitable for large-scale flexible production of stand-up pouches in various specifications.

       
The whole line delivers favorable adaptability and supports the production of mainstream pouch types including ordinary stand-up pouches, zipper pouches and spout pouches. Product changeover can be realized via parameter adjustment and simple mold replacement without major structural modification of equipment, matching enterprises’ small-batch and multi-category production mode. The whole line is equipped with a centralized electric control system, enabling real-time viewing of station operation status for convenient production management and equipment maintenance.

Material contact components of the production line are made of food-grade stainless steel, complying with food safety production specifications and lowering risks of material contamination. Functional modules of the line can be added or removed as required, adapting to layouts of compact workshops and large standardized factories. It maintains consistent finished packaging and raises the automatic production level of workshops.
