Structure and Food Industry Application of ROTYPACK Doypack Packaging Machine

ROTYPACK Doypack pre-made pouch packaging machine is a horizontal multi-station automatic packaging equipment. It completes the whole packaging process with pre-made stand-up pouches without roll film bag-making procedures, suitable for automatic packaging production in food, pet food, condiment and other industries. The machine integrates fully automatic processes including pouch picking, separating, opening, filling, heat sealing and discharging, matching regular continuous factory production and standardized workshop operation modes.

              
The machine adopts rotary station layout with independent yet coordinated processes for stable production speed, compatible with granular, powder, liquid, paste and other materials. Equipped with different metering modules, it realizes accurate quantitative filling and allows co-production of various products on one line. It supports multiple pouch types such as standard stand-up pouches, zipper stand-up pouches and spout stand-up pouches. Production changeover is realized by simple fixture replacement and parameter adjustment to cut down line debugging time.

Material contact parts are made of food-grade stainless steel with detachable structures for easy daily cleaning and disinfection, complying with food production hygiene standards. The whole machine is equipped with an independent electric control system featuring intuitive parameter adjustment, supporting standalone operation and assembly line linkage to fit the capacity and workshop layout of small, medium and large food processing plants.
