The machine is fitted with multiple independent servo motors to separately regulate film feeding, forming, sealing and cutting stations. Bag length error is stably controlled within ±1mm. Paired with an automatic photoelectric deviation correction system, it fits multiple film materials including degradable film, medical dialysis composite film and food-grade composite film, and avoids tensile deformation and sealing leakage even under high-speed operation. The built-in formula storage function supports one-click recall of parameters for over ten product types, cutting specification switching duration to merely 8 minutes. This reduces production line downtime and lifts Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) of the unit.


All parts in direct contact with materials are fabricated from mirror-finished 316L stainless steel with surface roughness Ra ≤ 0.8μm. The structure leaves no sanitary dead corners and allows quick disassembly and cleaning. The complete machine is eligible for CE safety certification, and structural design conforms to production specifications specified by the US FDA for food products and sterile consumables. Intelligent sensors detect material shortage and film breakage; the machine automatically pauses sealing and cutting upon detection to eliminate film waste caused by empty packages, lowering routine consumable and operational costs amid long-term operation.


The main body is installed with an automatic film splicing mechanism enabling film roll replacement without full line shutdown, suiting continuous mass production for medium and large-scale factories. The human-machine interaction interface supports multi-language operation systems, automatically records production output, yield rate and equipment fault data with files exportable for archiving, satisfying traceability management requirements for production adopted by European and American manufacturers.
