Within the production scenarios of disposable medical devices, miniature snacks and small pet supplies in Europe and America, the packaging of irregular loose materials has long posed challenges to automated production lines. The machine is equipped with a vision recognition servo sorting system, eliminating manual arrangement of materials. Randomly loaded items including cotton swabs, plastic instruments and granular snacks can undergo posture correction and directional conveying automatically. Multiple sets of independent servo motors govern the entire procedures of sorting, conveying and sealing. Recognition precision is kept within ±0.5mm. Flexible buffer conveyor belts are adopted for soft and fragile components to prevent collision and surface scratches, meeting appearance quality standards for medical consumables and premium food products.
The sorting module of the whole machine features a modular detachable structure. Switching between materials of different sizes does not involve disassembly of the mechanical framework of the main unit. Pre-set programs can be recalled with one tap on the parameter panel, and the time spent on model changeover and commissioning is limited to less than 10 minutes. All material-contact components are made of food-grade 316L stainless steel without burrs and gaps, supporting quick disassembly and washing. The overall structure complies with CE safety criteria and management specifications for sterile workshops adopted overseas.
Multiple anti-jam sensing units are embedded inside the equipment. The machine will slow down and reset automatically once material stacking or blockage is detected, removing the need for manual line halt and cleaning, and enabling stable round-the-clock mass production. A multilingual intelligent touch screen is installed on the equipment body to automatically record sorting pass rate, equipment operating duration and production output. Production logs support export and archiving to fulfill the full-process traceability management requirements of manufacturers in Europe and the United States.
This model can achieve seamless linkage with main film roll packaging machines to combine sorting, forming, filling, sealing and cutting procedures, cutting out complicated commissioning work needed for connecting multiple separate devices. Supporting services including remote online commissioning and complete English operation manuals are available. Customized solutions for standalone machines and complete production lines are implementable, assisting overseas manufacturers in reducing reliance on manual sorting and realizing fully automatic hygienic production for irregular small-sized materials.
