Spout Pouch Filling Machine for Standardized Aseptic Filling of Fluid Materials

Spout stand-up pouches are widely applied as primary packaging containers for overseas health beverages, antibacterial gels and pet nutritional liquids by virtue of portability and re-sealable performance. Conventional filling equipment available on the market has multiple deficiencies in spout pouch processing: misalignment during filling tends to cause liquid overflow; the pressing force for spout sealing cannot be precisely controlled; high-viscosity pastes are prone to residue and dripping. Extensive disassembly and adjustment are required for model changeover, which limits flexible production for spouts with various calibers and multiple volume specifications, and fails to comply with cleanliness control standards for food and pharmaceutical production set by the European Union. Shanghai Rutian Intelligent launches the dedicated spout pouch filling machine to address pain points in mass production of fluid spout pouch packaging.

The machine is equipped with an independent full-servo positioning filling mechanism. Bag clamping, spout alignment and filling pressing procedures are driven separately. The alignment precision for filling is controlled within ±0.2mm. It supports stable filling from low-viscosity water-based liquids to high-viscosity creams, with a metering error kept within ±0.5%, lowering waste of high-value raw materials. The specially designed liftable filling nozzle extends into the interior of spouts to avoid liquid splashing during filling. A drip-proof cut-off valve is configured to prevent residual material dripping upon machine shutdown and keep the workshop environment clean.

All material contact surfaces of the whole machine are made of 316L mirror-finished stainless steel without dead corners for dirt accumulation. All components can be quickly disassembled for water washing to meet cleaning standards for aseptic workshops. The machine is eligible for CE safety certification, and its structural design conforms to FDA regulations on material contact. Modular clamps support quick replacement to fit spout pouches with calibers ranging from 3mm to 12mm. Product specification switching can be finished within more than ten minutes to accommodate simultaneous production of multiple SKUs for brands.
An intelligent pressure-sensing sealing module is installed on the equipment to adjust heat sealing pressure automatically according to pouch material properties, preventing sealing edge damage and liquid leakage for thin degradable films and thick composite films. 

The multi-language touch control system stores dozens of sets of product process formulas, and automatically records production output, yield rate and operating data. Production records can be exported and filed to meet traceability management demands of overseas factories.

The equipment can operate as a standalone unit, or be connected with bag conveying, bag sorting and case packing equipment to form a complete production line.
