An intelligent anti-jamming sensing device is built in to trigger automatic vibration for blockage removal when material bridging and clogging occur, eliminating manual cleaning shutdown and lowering production line downtime. The device supports one-click parameter storage; preset programs can be directly called to switch between different weight specifications and material types, cutting commissioning time by 70% and matching the business mode of frequent new product launches for brands.

A multi-language touch control system is installed on the machine body to automatically record weighing data and yield rate of each batch. Production logs can be exported and filed to meet traceability supervision requirements of overseas food manufacturers. The unit supports two packaging forms including prefabricated pouch packaging and roll film forming, compatible with various pouch styles such as three-side sealed bags and stand-up pouches.
